Product Use & Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Verifying product compatibility with their specific collectibles
- Proper placement and use of display products
- Ensuring stable, level surfaces for safe display
- Maintaining appropriate environmental storage conditions
- Protection against theft, loss, damage, or environmental factors
Limitation of Liability
JaMPrints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Product Specifications
All 3D-printed figurines and collectibles are custom-manufactured items. Minor variations in color, finish, and dimensions may occur due to the nature of 3D printing technology. These variations are not considered defects.
Limited Warranty
Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear.
