A: Every item is designed, 3D printed, and quality-checked by hand in-house.

A: Yes! Message us before ordering to see what filaments we have available.
Q: Will my product look exactly like the photos?
A: Not exactly. We use color-shifting filament, so every piece will have its own unique swirl or gradient.
Q: Can I request a specific color combo?
A: For some products, yes. If there’s no option at checkout, feel free to message us to ask!

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Since our items are made to order, we only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days.

A: Wipe gently with a soft dry or damp cloth. Don’t submerge or expose to heat (e.g., hot cars or dishwashers).
