We want you to love your 3D-printed items from JaMPrints! Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at jamprints3d@gmail.com with a photo and your order number.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, color variations, or texture differences due to the use of multi-color filament.
